Unconstrained Box Blur

Unconstrained Box Blur is similar to Box Blur but you can set the horizontal and vertical radii individually. Radius is measured in pixels.

Horizontal Radius

Sets the strength of the blur in the horizontal direction.

Vertical Radius

Sets the strength of the blur in the vertical direction.

Resize Image

Blurs outward from the edges of the layer.
