Ripple Pro
Ripple Pro creates a ripple-like effect similar to the Ripple filter, but there are more controls to define which point is used for the ripple, as well as other ripple variables.
AmplitudeControls the height of the ripples. If you choose negative values, the ripples descend beneath the surface.
ScaleDetermines how far the ripples extend from the center.
AspectControls the elliptical shape of the ripples. A negative aspect creates horizontal ripples; a positive aspect makes them vertical.
WavelengthIs a measure of the size of the ripples. If the Wavelength is 100%, only one complete ripple fits in the image.
Max RidgesControls the total number of ripples that can be generated. For example, set Max Ridges to 5 to create 5 rings of distortion; the areas inside and outside of the rings are unaffected.
SpreadDetermines the distance between the ripples and the center. Animate the spread to create continuous rippling of the image.
CenterSets the center around which the ripple extends. You can use the Set Position button to set the center.
ModeDetermines the type of rippling effect.
Use: To:Create ripples that move out from the center and that zigzag around the center at the same time.
