Trackers in Viewport
Once you choose a reference frame, you set up one or more Trackers. You place the Tracker(s) over the reference features you want to track.
One Tracker consists of two boxes: a reference box and a tracker box. Since you may be working with several Trackers at one time, each Tracker is assigned a number.
- The reference box holds the reference feature. For example, if you want a lens flare to follow the headlight of a truck as it moves across the screen, position the reference box over the headlight of the truck in the reference frame.
- The tracker box shows the boundaries of where the Tracker searches for the reference feature. The size of this box needs to be at least as large as the reference box, and by default is slightly larger.
Note: The larger the tracker box, the slower the tracking. This is because it takes more time for the Tracker to search a larger area.
