Source Light Controls

These controls determine the way in which a source light projects light, as well as the light color and intensity.

Distant

Sets the current light as a distant light, which projects light onto objects as if from an infinite distance.

Point

Sets the current light as a point light, which projects light in all directions from a single point.

Spot

Sets the current light as a spotlight, which projects light with a defined beam that is aimed in a specific direction.

Intensity

Sets the amount of light emitted by a source light.

Cone Angle

Controls the size of the beam of light (for spotlights only).

Soft Edge

Controls the diffuseness, or softness, of the beam edge (for spotlights only).

Color

Sets the color of the light. The color of a light is white (RGB 100%, 100%, 100%) by default.
