The Audio panel appears.Volume, Transport, and Slip Controls

Use the audio controls on the left side of the Audio panel to play and modify the audio clip.

Volume

Raises or lowers the volume of the audio track.

Rewind

Returns the audio clip to its beginning, or the Start point if Play Region is enabled.

Stop

Stops audio playback.

Play

Plays the audio clip forward through the Timeline. This button plays only audio; it does not play back the video in the viewport.

Play Region

Enable this option to play only the region defined by the Start and Duration, instead of the entire audio clip.

Audio Current Frame

Sets the current frame in the audio clip. This field can be displayed as frames or as timecode (as set in the General preferences).

Start

Sets the point where the audio clip starts to play. You set the Start and Duration to define the portion of the audio clip to use in the workspace. Start can be displayed as frames or as timecode (as set in the General preferences).

Duration

Indicates how much of the audio clip you want to use. Duration can be displayed as frames or as timecode (as set in the General preferences).
