Conflict is a normal aspect of today's diverse and changing workplace. Employees and managers must learn to see conflict as a "win-win" opportunity and develop skills to manage and use conflict to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness. Mediation Training Institute International has developed two non-adversarial communication tools to help organizations manage disputes, differences, and conflicts. Each has been packaged as a one-day training seminar. Together, they enable organizations transform an inefficient, adversarial culture into a synergistic, cooperative one. This workshop will provide an overview of these seminars. |
