25 rooms in bungalow style, a fresh water swimming pool, a thoughtfully designed restaurant with open sides and adjoining large size lobby. In the Ayurveda Health Center 20 well equipped cubicles are set apart for the different types of treatment. Yoga & meditation are part of it to create a healthy body & mind All rooms are simple but tastefully designed and provided with double bed, shower, WC, bidet, ceiling fan and a terrace.Of these, few rooms are air - conditioned. A restful and relaxing atmosphere, individual care and attention, friendly service, as well as genuine joy of living combine to support our intensive and authentic Ayurveda programme.

You'll find our health resort lying amidst shady palm trees, situated 65 kilometers south of Colombo along Sri Lanka's south - west coast on a stretch of flat, sandy beach.

The Ayurvedic course of treatment is based on "PANCHAKARMA". To begin with, you are examined by a highly qualified Ayurveda specialist who determine your individual needs and plans your A combination of Ayurveda food and Ayurvedic medicine isolates the harmful substances in the body and eliminates them through the natural excretory organs. The Ayurveda regeneration cure at the resorts consists of many treatments including various massages with pure herbal oils, herbal therapy and medicines. These are combined with Ayurveda food, yoga and meditation to give a complete cure of body and mind. The oils and other medicines used are 100% herbal and are prepared under very high hygienic conditions. Various massages , treatments and medicines are administered daily. The selection and frequency of treatment will depend on the needs of the individual which will be determined by the chief Ayurveda doctor after a through medical examination. THE AYURVEDA TEAM The Chief Consultant Doctor in Charge is a well known qualified and experienced Ayurveda specialist. He is a professor in the Ayurveda University and is the chief doctor of the Panchakarma ward at the main Ayurveda Hospital in Sri Lanka. He is assisted by qualified Ayurveda doctors working full time and a team of trained therapists. The medical side of the resort is under the overall direction of a Swiss medical doctor who visits the resort periodically.
