CardOne: This one comes in 2 versions, one is free and the other one is 19,94 €. We tried the free one but it has some limits. For example it cannot import a wml file, as other applications do.

Dotwap: it is easy to use and it doesn't require any knowledge of wml. It has not many feature but it is a good start.

WapPage Beta : A good editor. It has Preview, code view, XML tree view, cards view and more.

Waptor: A nice WML editor with preview option, help options for WML tags.

WML Express : a German WAP editor. Sorry: we have not any knowledge of German, so we have not tried it.

Phone.com UP SDK: A WAP 1.1 compatible toolkit.

WML Tools :  a suite of small programs designed to help in the construction of WAP WML decks.
