WOOPHY's Sales Contract

The undersigned Susanna Zorzi, responsible for WOOPHY's Cattery (approved and registered by FIFe and ANFI) declares to receive £. (ITL).................. as an account for the purchase of a/an.................... kitten of sex......... from Mr/Mrs ................................... who will pay the remaining amount of £ (ITL)..................... when the kitten will be delivered. (possible shipping expenses will be payed by the purchaser).   Breeder's signature _________________ Purchaser's signature ___________________ Date _________________   ********************************************* The breeder and the purchaser hereby agree on the following: if the kitten is a male, the purchaser will give him as stud only after the breeder's agreement; if the kitten is a female, the purchaser will give her a stud only after the breeder's agreement; if the two previous points won't be respected by the purchaser, this will pay the breeder a fee fixed in £. 1.000.000 (ITL) if the kitten is not for breeding, the purchaser will spay/neuter it at the due time and after the operation will provide the breeder with the vet certificate attesting the operation; the kitten will be delivered after its third month of age accompained with the Vaccination Certificates; if, for any reason, the breeder won't be able to deliver the kitten, the breeder herself will give the money received in account back to the purchaser; if the purchaser would withdraw from the agreement signed today the money given in account will remain to the breeder; This kitten is guaranteed healthy and free from genetic or hereditary health problems for one year. Sex: M, F, N, S   The new owner of this cat pladges that, will advise the breeder named above if, for any reason, he/she cannot keep this cat; will not sell or give this cat away without the knowledge and consent of the breeder; will not allow this cat to run loose and unprotected; will not assign this cat to, or sell it through, a pet shop or animal dealer; will breed this cat only with cats of the same breed (or breeds accepted by FIFe rules), registered by official LO registries of any of the feline associations accepted by FIFe; will maintain the good health of, and provide a happy life for this cat.
