THE PRACTICALS

1. A placement lasting three weeks costs 380,000 lire. Longer periods cost more because the period of supervision is longer.

2.Your host family will cost 80 pounds sterling per week. This covers breakfast, dinner and your room. You pay this money directly to them. If you prefer a hotel, tell us and we will arrange it. Please be specific about the services you require.

3.lf you wish we can organise your travel arrangements, or advise you if you wish to do this yourself.

4.Do not forget that you need to provide two referees to verifiy your application. You will also speek to your Yescommunications advisor over the phone to confirm your language level.

5 .You deal directly with your Yescommunications advisor by E-mail or if you prefer you can ask your Agency to do this on your behalf. We are both there to help you get the right placement and to get the best out of it... Please make sure that we have all the relevent facts. Misunderstandings can cause problems for us, and you.

6.Your personal Yescommunications supervisor will meet you on your arrival in Leeds and will introduce you to your host family and to your job on the first day.You will have a contact phone number for him so you are always able to contact him. He will check on your progress during the period of your placement.
