Zamco Company , founded in 1987, was created
to meet the worldwide demand for a
refrigerator-dispenser for dog and cat food.
An electrical household appliances
manufacturer had the foresight and initiative to patent and to produce
the invention.
Since experience is usually the best
teacher, the refrigerator-dispenser was a creative response to the problems
one of the partners actually had in leaving his pet at home.
Many pet owners simply
must be away from home for fairly long periods, and
this creates the problem of providing your pet
with healthy and fresh food during your
absence, and without running
up high kennel bills .
We can also overlook the emotional impact on our
pets when they are forced to leave their homes, and all too often, we are not
sufficiently aware of the added risk of infection that can result
from contact with sick animals in the kennel.
