Structure
The farm, situated in a hill area, covering about 130 hectares, of
which 50 are dedicated to vines, 50 to olives and 30 arable, can
be used visited by the guest, on foot along paths, by car, by
bicycle or on an old tractor.
The farm produces the prize winning extra virgin olive oil
“Tenuta Zangara”, green olive patè, dressed olives and sun
dried tomatoes, which are always present in the dishes
presented by the restaurant. From the grapes of its vines
comes the “Zangara” wine produced by the wine cooperative of
the same name.
