Piccola azienda agricola gestita da una signora che sente fortemente il "richiamo delle proprie radici". Petite entreprise agricole gérée par une dame qui éprouve un grand attrait  pour ses origines. En effet, en 1870, l'enterprise est née d'une grande propriété fonciére de la famille qui a perfectionné au fur et à mesure ses cultures d'arbres (vignobles, oliveraies) et en cultures prévues par la loi 2078/92 (emploi limité de substances de phytopharmacie et d'engrais chimiques). Une entreprise qui vise à s'imposer dans le marchè grâce à la qualité de ses produits.
