Gli ordini si intendono validi solo se confermati da noi.
Se il termine di consegna non potesse essere osservato a causa di forza maggiore, quali ad esempio, scioperi, guerre, epidemie, mancanza di approvvigionamenti o qualisiasi altra causa oltre a quelle sopra indicate, il Cliente non avrà diritto di esigere indennizzi o compensi per guadagni eventualmente mancati, per altri danni sofferti o per penalità da Lui pagate.
I pagamenti dovranno essere eseguiti esclusivamente alla nostra sede amministrativa di Milano.
I reclami hanno valore a tutti gli effetti soltanto se saranno ricevuti a mezzo raccomandata entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. Se il difetto sarà da noi riconosciuto imputabile alla ns. azienda, ci limiteremo esclusivamente alla sostituzione gratuita del materiale.
La merce rimane di nostra propietà fino a quando non é stata completamente pagata.
A tutti gli effetti del contratto di vendita, si intende sempre eletto domicilio legale presso la nostra sede di Milano, anche se il pagamento é effettuato con tratta o cambiale e anche se l'ordine é concluso in un'altra località.

General sales conditions

Orders are valid only on receipt of our written confirmation.
If the delivery of goods is delayed for exceptional events happen to our company for strikes, wear or other impossibilities to receive in due time the materials needful for the production of the valves ordered the customer cannot ask to us indemnities or for penalties also if it is compelled to pay penalties to third companies.
Payments are to be effected only on our Milano seat in Via Bissolati 6 20125 Milano.
The claims are valid only if received per registered letter within 8 days from receipt of goods. If the defect will be recognised by us we will only substitute the defected material.
The goods delivered are on our property since are not paid in full.
In any case the legal seat of the contract is in our seat of Milano
