What we do

Podere Lamastrine

Since almost 30 years we have been raising some forty milk goats that find their pasture in the wooded valleys and fodder from our fields, where we grow grass as well as hay for the rainy winter days.

We produce tasty goat’s milk cheese, both fresh and mature, home-made in the style of southern France.

We take care of 300 olive trees from which we obtain pure, extra-virgin, naturally farmed olive oil, the indispensable ingredient that gives its fragrance to the Mediterranean cuisine.

We tend our forests carefully, not only for firewood, but also for the cork that we extract from the cork oaks every seven years, according to the traditional system.
