Iolanda Ottavi
Offida (AP)

Iolanda Ottavi started learning the art of bobbin lace in her family, since she was very young; she's been learning more and more and now she likes working lace in new, modern, interesting ways.

She's among the founders of AMI, the association of italian lacemakers. She's been participating with her works to many lace shows and competitions, in Italy and abroad, as well as to many lace stages.

In 2003 she took part in the first edition of Italia Invita Lace and Embroidery Forum, both as lace arthist and as member of the Cultural Committee.

She's getting on teaching lace in her town, Offida, and in Ascoli Piceno.
