Changing the Pixel Aspect Ratio

You can change the pixel aspect ratio of your footage.

To change the pixel aspect ratio:

1. In the Workspace panel, select the Footage operator you want to change.

Note: You can also select the Footage operator in the Footage Library.

The Footage Controls panel appears.

2. Click the Source button.
3. Select a standard aspect ratio from the Pixel Aspect Ratio list.



4. To set a custom value, enter a value in the Pixel Aspect Ratio field.

Note: You can set the pixel aspect ratio of the footage to always match the file's pixel aspect ratio by selecting From File from the Pixel Aspect Ratio list.
