Setting In and Out Points

You can set playback in and out points to limit the range of frames that are played back.

combustion always plays back between the specified frame range. To play your entire clip, make sure the in and out points are at the first and last frame, respectively.

If you start playback when the current frame is outside the range, at first combustion ignores the in and out points and plays normally until it moves into the range specified by the in and out points. At this point, the in and out points are respected if the playback is set to loop or Ping Pong mode.

To set playback in and out points:
  1. To set the in point, drag the green marker under the scrub bar to the appropriate frame.
  2. To set the out point, drag the red marker under the scrub bar to the appropriate frame.
