Adding Text to a Composite

You can add a Text operator to a composite. New Text operators added to a composite are inserted in a branch above the composite in the layer stack.

To add a Text operator to a composite:

1. Select the composite to which you want to add a Text operator.
2. Choose Operators | Text, or right-click (Windows) or Ctrl-click (Macintosh) and choose Add Operator | Text.

Note: You can also use the Operators tab to add a Text operator. In the Operators panel (F5), with nothing selected in the Workspace panel or the Schematic view, click Text in the Favorites list.

A Text operator is added to the composite in the Workspace panel, and a text node is added to the composite node in the Schematic view.
