Dust and Scratches

Use Dust and Scratches to locate image imperfections and blend them into their surroundings.

Radius

Controls the radius of the area to blend with a scratch to minimize its appearance. Use the smallest possible value to achieve the desired effect. Values that are too large blur your entire image.

Tolerance

Specifies how much variation in brightness levels between adjacent pixels is allowed when defining scratches.
