In 1928 a royal decree joined four different towns, Trebbiano,
Pizzocorno, San Ponzo and Cecima in an only commune call
Ponte Nizza.After
the second World War Cecima become an independent commune
instead the other tows become hamlet of Ponte Nizza.

mount at 478 meters s.l.m. near the street to
Sant’Alberto.
Trebbiano Three kilometers far from Ponte Nizza there is Trebbiano. This hamlet is near the street to Nizza Valley.

isolated mount near Begna stream there is the
remains of the old Sant'Alberto abbey.

Ponzo arose near a church. Ottone I gave S. Ponzo and
Cecima to the bishop of Pavia in 957.
