Included in the price of the apartments is an equipped (crockery and small utensils) kitchen or kitchenette, blankets and pillows, beds and bath linen; the prices shown also include heating, electricity, gas, hot and cold water, linen, refuse tax, holiday tax and other provisions by law for accommodation facilities (hotels, guest houses, apart hotels, hotel villages, rooms to let).
Other facilities must also be included in the price for the apartment to be of a qualitatively superior standard. Each one termed as "comfortable" is gives 1 point or a 1/2: the superior standard is reached with a total number of at least 4 points and makes the apartment eligible for a comfort badge.
