The Church of the Virgin of Itria was annexed to the convent of the Antonian Monks, founded in 1610 by the Archbishop of Sassari Mons.Baccalar. It has a sombre 17th. century facade partitioned by encased vertical pillars. In the past ,one of the town's most important celebrations in honour of the Virgin was held here.
