The state of abandonment and desolation of the graves is evident. This is what is called a “National Monument” in Germany!

I DENOUNCE THE ABOVE-MENTIONED RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE, 

in particular

for having acted, for over sixty years, with the sole intention of concealing the great miscarriage of justice resulting in the executions of the protagonists - rather than celebrating or honouring their memory - The above-mentioned protagonists were united together in a resistance movement, named the WHITE ROSE , brought to trial, and executed by the Nazi regime for distributing anti-war and anti-Nazi propaganda.

for having acted scrupulously, with all the diligence and treachery imaginable, inorder to destroy and bury the memory of these fantastic boys and girls of the SecondWorld War, together with their philosophy professor - KURT HUBER -

(the "STIFTUNG WEISSE ROSE" situated in Munich, with a certain FRANZ-JOSEPH MULLER as the chairman- but who really is this man? What is his real identity? Is he really that martyr of the German resistance that he boasts about?)

Mr. Franz-Joseph Můller closes up like a clam to every question, gives only evasive answers, does not offer any clarification and blatantly lies when he claims that he does not possess any of the protagonists’ written material (they regularly wrote personal diaries) nor legal documents pertaining to the trial. However, the very same legal documents, including the Nazi police’s interrogation reports and those of the hearing when the death sentence was pronounced, were made public in 1991. In fact, the victims’ families are in possession of these documents, in particular in the hands of the only surviving member of the Scholl family, (Elisabeth), and also the heir (Manuel Aicher) of the other sister (Inge Scholl-Aicher), who died recently in 1998.

3) THE COMMEMORATIVE WRITING ON THE WALL next to the front door is faded, flaking and absolutely illegible even for the most eager passer-by (I’ve been observing it in person for almost four years).

4) THE GRAVES of THE SCHOLLS and PROFESSOR PROBST, situated in Perlach cemetery in Munich are squalid and disgraceful.

Just three rusty iron crosses, a little bit of climbing Ivy to make a two-sided wall around the graves and NOT EVEN ONE FLOWER AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR, even when all the other graves overflow with multicoloured plants, evergreens and bunches of flowers, especially in Spring and Summer.

I have been able to observe this in person, together with my companion, on four consecutive visits to the graves in past years, one in each season.
