Weapons Sets

  • Plum-Flower Spear Set (Mui Fa Yin Chiun)
Carries the development of hand-eye coordination and balance to a new level. This form is usually not taught until the student has begun Goong Gi Fut Fu.

  • Moon Flowing Single Broadsword Set (Hang Yuet Darn Do)
A brief yet complex saber set which develops flexibility and balance as well as a good foundation for short weapons.

  • Spear Vs. Saber Set (Yin Chiun Gar Darn Do)
This is a combat set where the two sides are taught separately and then brought together with wooden weapons. The culmination is practice with bladed weapons so as to prepare the student for real combat situations with either long or short arms.

  • Plumflower Halberd (Mui Fa Tiu)
This weapon evolved from a traditional rice cultivating implement. It is considered a heavy weapon and it works on the physical strength of the student as well as the breath and stamina.

  • Tiger Fork (Dai Pa)
The traditional trident is also a very heavy weapon. The movements further enhance one’s understanding of the weapon as an extension of the hands and arms and energy.
