Weapons Sets

the student has begun Goong Gi Fut Fu.

and balance as well as a good foundation for short weapons.

This is a combat set where the two sides are taught
separately and then brought together with wooden weapons.
The culmination is practice with bladed weapons so as to prepare
the student for real combat situations with either long or
short arms.

This weapon evolved from a traditional rice cultivating
implement. It is considered a heavy weapon and it works on
the physical strength of the student as well as the breath
and stamina.

The traditional trident is also a very heavy weapon.
The movements further enhance ones understanding of
the weapon as an extension of the hands and arms and energy.
