Setting Footage Resolution

You can change the resolution of the selected footage using the Output controls of the Footage Controls panel.

Note: Be careful when increasing resolution of footage too far above its original settings to avoid a pixelated-looking image.

To set footage resolution:

1. Show the Output controls for the Footage operator.
2. Set the new resolution values using the Target Width and Target Height fields.



3. Enable Proportional to maintain the original footage's aspect ratio. When Proportional is enabled, if you change the height, the width changes accordingly (and the other way around).
