Source Type Buttons

Use these buttons to determine how an object appears. Source types include: Solid, Gradient, Reveal, and Clone. See Paint: Advanced Drawing Tools.

Solid

Click this button to create solid-colored Paint objects.

Gradient

Click this button to create Paint objects with color or opacity gradients.

Reveal

Click this button to create Paint objects that reveal through to footage from another layer (or a different part of the same layer).

Clone

Click this button to create Paint objects that clone footage from another layer (or a different part of the same layer).
