Ranges Controls

Use these controls to redefine what constitutes a shadow, midtone, or highlight. Normally a shadow is approximately in the range of 0-85, but you can redefine this with the Ranges controls.

Note: There is no handle to redefine midtones because, as you manipulate the shadow and high-light handles, the midtones are adjusted accordingly.
