- HOW TO RENT:
To rent an apartment with us is very easy: after you have checked the availability for the period you are interested in, contact us by email or telephone for a pre-booking, indicating exactly for how many days you need the apartment and the estimated date of your arrival. After that, in order to have your reservation confirmed, you will be requested to pay a booking-down deposit (usually around the 40% of the rental fee for the whole period) thru bank money transfer: we'll provide you by email or telephone all the information you need (swift code) to do the money transfer easily and safely.
As soon as the money transfer will be completed, you'll receive an email by us as confirmation.
The payment of the balance will be completed at the beginning of your staying in our apartment. Furthermore you will have to leave a guarantee deposit (150 Euro), that will be returned back to you at the end, when you'll return the apartment's keys.
