Maria di Cepola (inside the church have been discovered some medieval frescoes as well as others from the eighteenth century).  From a folkloristic point of view, do not miss to attend some colorful events like La Sciampitta (an international folk show, which is held in July), or La Festa di Sant'Elena, patron of Quartu Sant'Elena: this event is held in the middle of September, with religious ceremonies, shows and performances, the procession of groups dressed with the traditional costumes and with a series of civil celebrations such as the Festival of the grapes, of bread, sweets and wine. For the shopping and the fun, in addition to the numerous shops that can be found in the central via E. Porcu or disseminated around the town, at the entry of Quartu Sant'Elena, arriving from the avenue "viale Marconi", there are the shopping centers Millennium and Le Vele , which include the supermarket Carrefour, the multi cinema Warner Village, the Bowling, McDonald's and several shops, restaurants, pizzeria's, etc.  Otherwise, at only a very few minutes from our apartments, and therefore  also very convenient for your purchases of every day, you will find the well- Hypermarket Leclerc-Conad.
