Like the holiday houses Sa Fiorida, the apartments Agnese and Martina are situated in the locality La Ciaccia (200 m from the sea). All apartments (with terrace and a little garden or with balcony and view to the seaside, barbecue) are comfortably and completely furnished and equipped. Children find any free space for playing. Nearby the apartments there is also a small children's playground. |

The apartments Agnese (suitable for 2-4 people) has been built in 1999. They have a double room, bath with shower and WC, living room with completely furnished kitchen corner (stove and fridge with separate freezing drawer) and double sleep couch. Outside there is a furnished terrace or balcony with barbecue. |

The apartments Martina (suitable for 2-6 people) has been built in 2003. They have two bedrooms (a double room and a second one with two single beds) bath with shower and WC, living room with completely furnished kitchen corner (stove and fridge with separate freezing drawer) and double sleep couch. Outside there is a furnished terrace or balcony with barbecue. |

Modern accommodations (upon a supermarket), at the beginning of Valledoria, near to the most important facilities like shops, restaurants, bars,..., out of the way of traffic and clients of the supermarket and with view to the sea (from the main terrace). Distance to the beach: 500 mt (air distance) or 900 mt (by car) |

| The apartments (very pleasant, spacious, luminous and very good standard) are completely independent and furnished comfortable with cure. There is a large living room (with double bed sofa and TV), a completely furnished kitchen corner (with 4 fires and oven - refrigerator with freezer), bath with shower and WC, furnished private balconies and private parking place. |  |
In front of the entrance of the apartments there is a large terrace with barbecue and view to the sea. There are different types of accommodations: 7 apartments (type F and G) have one bedroom, bathroom, living room with Sat-TV, kitchen and private balcony. The other 2 apartments (type H and I) have 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with Sat-TV, kitchen and private balcony. |

In a few minutes - in walking distance - one will find the principal attractions like restaurants, pubs, pizzeria, several boutiques, jewelleries, banks, dance-halls... All these facilities are open all the year. On Saturday morning Valledoria offers a typical italian open air market. |

The local public administration in collaboration with the local tourist association offers during the summer time a lot of events like concerts, folk music and folk dances, summer carnival, firework displays, mineral fairs,...Several bars offers live music. Also on the beach one can find some attractions like scuba diving, canoeing, sea bikes, windsurfing,...

Valledoria is the ideal place
where to start any kind of excursions. Due to its central position on the
northern coast one can reach the most beautiful, amazing beaches and
interesting localities like Castelsrado or Alghero. Small mountain ranges with a wonderful panoramic view, charming hills and green woods - the Valledoria region is richly endowed with hillocks, lakes, rivers, forests and plains. An excursion from the seaside inland to the rolling or mountainous country, by foot or with a mountain bike, is a nice little adventure, an uninterrupted voyage of discovery. |

Payment: 30% of total rent by deposit - balance on arrival
Arrival: Saturday from 5 p.m. (unless earlier time agreed)
Departure: Saturday by 10 a.m.
grill and 5 dwellings in the upper floor with small, furnished terrace and grill (free view of the sea). The dwellings, suitably for 2-6 persons, with a large and a small double room, a bathroom and a very generously arranged
living room with double bed-couch and completely furnished kitchen corner. The floor space is in each case round about about 60 square meter. Before the building is a parking lot.
