The „Casa dei Pescatori " (Fishermen's house) is at the place La Ciaccia (local part of the municipality Valledoria), 20 m to the sea (rock coast) and 500 m from a very beautiful sand beach. The house includes a large living-room with a completely furnished kitchen corner (large refrigerator with separate freezer, stove with baking-oven) and interior fire-place, 2 double-bedded rooms, a third bedroom with 3 bunk-beds, a bathroom with shower and WC, a little bathroom with WC. |

The dwelling is practically and functionally furnished. There has a very large, furnished terrace (with grill and a free view to the sea) and also a roof terrace with a beautiful wide view around our town. |

The house Rosmarino (Casa Rosmarino) is a modern accommodation, composed by 2 apartments and situated in a calm position at La Ciaccia (locality of Valledoria, only 250 mt. from the sea and 400mt from the beach (very large sandy beach). In front of Casa Rosmarino you will find a garden and parking places. In walking distance there are a supermarket, a minimarket, 3 restaurants, some bars,.... |

The apartment Alba (ground floor - very pleasant, large and luminous) is completely independent and furnished comfortable with cure. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds), a large living room (with TV), completely furnished kitchen corner (with 4 fires - refrigerator with freezer), bath with shower and WC, a garden with furnished terrace and barbecue. |

 The villa „Bougainville " is situated in the place La Ciaccia (local part of the municipality Valledoria), 200 m far away from the sea and 400 m from a very beautiful sand beach. The villa consists of 3 apartments, 2 in the ground floor („Giansimona " e „Alessandra") and one in the upper floor („Antonia " - with a beautiful sea view). The dwellings, surrounded by a large garden (with swing for children), functionally and practically furnished, guarantee a calm and a recovery vacation. All apartments have TV-Sat. Beyond the apartments you will find own parking lots, which are situated in the shadow of powerful olive trees (dogs not allowed). |
