On his application the petition was dismissed. He married a former ballet dancer Ida Patlanski in 1938. His counsel Mr. S. Seuffert told Mr. Justice Stevenson that in the petition desertion was alleged, and the Husband would have asked for the Court's discretion. He had decided not to pursue the matter.
