Extra-virgin Olive Oil


The olives of the Uccellicra Estate are hand-picked and immediately cold pressed so as to keep their aroma and fruity taste.

The olives are of mixed varieties in which the Correggiolo (Frantoiano) prevails with its spicy note, the added combination of Moraiolo and Leceino give the oil its softness as do the olives of a small amount of Olivastra.

Perfect uncooked on vegetables

on grilled or steamed fish;
as the fatty component in most
of the recipes in Italian cuisine.
