A constant and continuous experimentation in vineyard and in cellar enable me to produce a particular Rosso Toscano, Indicazione Geografica Tipica.

70% Sangiovese selected in Montalcino
 20% Merlot
10% Cabemet Sauvlgnon.

South-east of Montalcino.

Organoleptic characteristics
A tannin flavour but not very strong, soft and structured, well amalgamated withthe woods in which it is refined.

 Ageing in wood and refining in bottle
For 18 months in small oak barrels,
with a period of time spent in French oak of different toasting.


Minimum 6 months refining in bottles.

Rice and pasta dishes with meat sauces,
red and white meats and cheeses
