According to the Termocasa System^®, this proprietory technology shall be employed during two discreet phases:

- The first phase concerns the continuous cycle production of roof and wall modules.

- The second phase concerns the use of these modules for building purposes.

It is recommended to set up two different stock companies, the first one for the production of roof and wall modules, and the second one for the building of housing units employing Termocasa System^® modules.

It is also advisable that the two companies will mutually hold shares in the other company, in order to set up successful operational synergies.

In order to work in compliance with industrialized building criteria and apply the Termocasa System^®, the building company has to be equipped with the following tools and machines:

BUILDING YARD EQUIPMENT

- No. 1 mobile concrete mixer
- No. 1 pneumatic tyred shovel loader with cabin
- No. 2 mini excavators with weather protection cabin
- No. 1 earth moving machine
- No. 1 cement silo
- No. 4 boring tools, diameter 15 cm.
- No. 4 plaster sprayers (output 3 m3 /hour)
- No. 1 hand shears for 6 m. length electrowelded wire grid
- No. 1 bar bender (for bars up to 15 mm.)
- No. 1 automatic clamp machine
- No. 1 automatic roller straightening machine
- No. 1 coiling and circular folding calender
- No. 1 bending machine for 10x10 mesh electrowelded grid
- No. 4 bending and shearing machine
- No. 4 dump trucks with extending jib crane
- No. 2 rod uncoiling reels

COST OF THE SUPPLY:  TO AGREE

The price of the supply does not include the following items:

- AIR-SEA-LAND HAULAGE
- UNLOADING EXPENSES AT PORT OF DESTINATION
- TRAVEL AND STAY COST OF ITALIAN ENGINEERS
- INSURANCE

The costs for the above items will be specified during contract negotiations.
