The factory has to be set up over a surface of 2,600 sq. m. Inside, about 450 sq. m. are taken up by three buildings, as indicated in the factory layout maps.

Setting up of the area and the construction of the buildings shall be carried out by and at the expenses of the Customer according to technical project specifications provided by us. The following must also be available on the site selected for the factory: access road, water and power supply and a fuel tank. A generator can be installed if there is no power supply.

From seven to eight months are required for the supply of the equipment for polystyrene foam production and for its subsequent installation and testing on site. Most of the time is taken by the construction of large sized moulds which must be guaranteed to operate for at least twenty years.

- Blockmaking press for TERMOCASA ARCATE
- Blockmaking press for WALL SET walls
- Expendable material for plant installation
- Electric and oil-hydraulic systems ancillary to the various production units.

The Costs.

FACTORY COST OF THE EQUIPMENT: TO AGREE

The price of the equipment does not include the following items:

- Packaging
- Air-sea-land haulage and insurances
- Loading and unloading port expenses
- Hiring of cranes for equipment Hoisting an positioning
- Training in Italy of customer's staff
- Personnel cost of italian engineers for on site installation
- On site testing costs

The costs for the above items will be specified during contract negotiations.
