Assembly.

Construction is quite fast. In order to build a 90 sq.m. house, a team of 5 building workers properly trained to assemble the roof and wall modules and with adequate tools and equipment is enough.

In 5-6 days, the team will be able to erect the residential unit up to a rustic level, provided all the building materials and tools are readily available on the building site. Completion time depends on the type of finishing desired.

The number of building teams can be increased depending on the number of units to be built (5/6 days for each unit) and depending on delivery time.

Prototype.

A prototype was produced which has undergone standard load testing at the University of Palermo with the application of centesimal comparators in order to measure side thrusts and permanent loads. The same university has issued a certificate stating that the bearing capacity of the gabble roof is up to 150 kg per square meter.

Productivity.

With Termocasa System^® tecnology, from 1,500 to 2000 detached or multiple flat houses can be built in one year.

In order to reach these figures, a plant must be set up on site for the moulding of high density polystyrene foam modules required for the roof and walls. Such a plant must work non stop 24 hour a day on 3 shifts of 8 hours each.
