1. to buy on-line
     It's actually very simple to order on-line the products of "La checine de Nononne"; you should just fill in carefully the order schedule and please don't forget to put the compulsory data in their own "fields". As soon as we've received the order we'll let you know how soon we are able to forward it.
     If an order is sent without one or more of the compulsory data items we require, it will not be considered. But don't worry because we'll contact the interested person to correct or to complete his/her data before we throw away any incomplete order.
     Products bought on-line, or anyway purchased by credit-card will not be delivered to an address other than the buyer's one as it results from the card itself. If you would like to make a present, or if, for another reason, you would like the products to be delivered at an address other than your own, it will be necessary to use another payment system (in particular bonifico bancario or contrassegno)that "La Checine de Nononne" makes avalaible to its friends and that will be illustrated next.

2.to order via fax
     In our experience fax is still the most rapid instrument, and sometimes the most convenient as well, for purchasing products "at distance". To do this print the order schedule, complete it ( all parts ) and send it not before having signed it and having indicated your credit card's number. Just two directions: the signature is a fundamental requirement to be sure that we will take into consideration your order. Also the order itself cannot be sent at an address other than that of the credit card owner.

3. bonifico bancario
     It is also possible to pay with a simple bonifico bancario. Phone us at the number 080.527.57.30 ( +39/080.527.57.30 for people calling from abroad ) and we'll give you all the information required to make the payment.

4. pagamento in contrassegno
     Since we have an agreement with DHL it is also possible to pay with contrassegno when you receive the products. Also in this case you should print the order schedule and send it to us at via a signed fax indicating the choice of this way of payment.

5. delivery expenditure
     Our carrier will deliver to your residence whatever you have ordered within 3 or 4 days. The delivery charge for Italy, without considering the weight, are 20.000 L.

6. money back garantee
     "La Checine de Nononne " gives its customers the option of using the Money back guarantee within 7 days from the receiving day of the products as it results by the documents that the carrier has.
     The buyer could use such a guarantee sending, in such a way, a fax or a e-mail in which should be specified the reason for the repayment request ( imperfection of the products, dissatisfaction, etc. ) and, if you like, the crediting of the amount of money spent ( net of the delivery expenditures), or the substitution of the product.
