Salmon crepes

for the crepes: 2 spoons flour, 3 eggs, 1 glass milk, oil and salt
for the sauce: besciamella sauce, 100 gr smoked salmon, parmisan cheese, a bit of butter.

First of all prepare the crepes: drop into a cup flour, eggs and milk, shake well and add some salt. With this mix prepare little and thin omelette.
Cut the salmon into pieces and melt it with the besciamella sauce. Spread it on each omelette, rolling them and putting into an oven pot. Cover all with besciamella and butter and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
