 Aromatic olive oil

It's easy to prepare the flavored oil, expecially if you have some olive oil that's no longer fresh or lasts since last year!
First of all, choose the flavore you prefere: you cna choose among pepper, garlic, sage, rosmarine, chili pepper and basil (these are the most common, but you can use the same procedure with other flavore you like!).
Clean well the leaves and dry them with a towel, then choose a glass bottle, drop the flavor inside and cover with the oil. It's very important that the oil covers the leaves, otherwise there'll be some mildew and you'll be forced to drop everything to litter!
Afterwords, close
watertight and put in a fresh place to rest for at least one month.
There are several uses for the aromatic oil! You can enjoy tryng them to enrich simple dishes with fish or meat!

Simona's personal suggestion:
you can also mix the flavors, for instance garlic, rosmarine and chili pepper all together are perfect to use with spaghetti. Garlic and chilli pepper can also be used with meat, hamburgers and fish!
Cherry liquor

250 gr sugar, 1 lt alcool 95%, 1 kg cherries.

Clean well the cherries and take away the stone. Then chrush them, add all the sugar and leave them in a fresh place for 4 days. Then add the alcool and leave it quite for other 30 days. (It's important to leave them in a fresh and dark place)
Then filter and leave again rest for other 60 days. 1 lt more or less.

Strawberry liquor

1 Kg sugar, 1 liter alcool 95%, ½ lt water, 1 Kg fresh strawberry.

Whisk the strawberries and put them into a glass vase with ermetic closure, adding the alcool. Keep it rest for 10 days. 
Then prepare the sirup with water and sugar, boil it for 5 minutes and let it become cold.Then add the alcool and let it rest for 20 days, shaking all once a day!
Then filter and drop into glass bottles.
