SOMETHING WITH VEGETABLES!

Zucchine and almonds
200 gr zucchine, 50 gr sliced almond, 50 gr butter, salt
Clean zucchine and cut them into slices, then make them boil in water for a few minutes.
Then leave them into a dish and prepare the almonds: use a soucepan and melt butter with almonds, then when you see the butter coming in light brown color, add the zucchine and cook for 5 minutes, kindly melting.
Add salt and serve immediately.
We suggest to serve next to 'Chicken arrostino'.

Onions under vinager
red onions, vinager, red wine, some leeves, pepper, 2 cloves, thyme, cinnamon, salt.
Clean the onions and put them into a jar. Let the vinager boil with 2 glasses of wine, some salt and all the spicy., then drop it over the onions, so to cover them completely. Let the jars cold, close all them hermetically and let them rest for 1 month at least, before eating them.
