1.00 Expanded polystyrene wall.

1.01 -

 

This module makes up the whole of the prefab (see tab. 1).

 

Size:  b = 3.00 metres;
h = 3.00 + 0.06 metres;
t = 0.25 metres.

 

1.02 -

 

 

Each module has the presettled electric pipe.

 

1.03 -

 

Special wall modules:

 

a) right 45° angle;
b) left 45° angle (see tab. 1);
c) wall with presettled water pipe - only on one side; (see tab. 2)
d)  wall with presettled water pipe - on two sides;
e) modules for presettled window (see tab. 3); 
modules for presettied window frame (see tab. 3);
modules for presettied main door (see tab. 3).
 

All the special pieces are obtained by means of the same mould.

Sloping covering in expanded polystyrene vdth regular pitches.

 

2.01 This module makes up the covering with 30° inclined pitches (see tab. 4).
Size: b = 3.00 metres;
h = 3.00 + 0.06 metres;
t = 0.25 metres (see detailed sizes on tab. 4).

Each module has the presettled electric pipe.

 

2.03

 

Special covering modules (see tab. 4):

a)  corner pitch of 45° with left ridge;
b) corner pitch of 45° with right ridge;
c) valley pitches of 45° for the right waterway;
d) valley pitches of 45° for the left waterway.
 

All the special pieces are obtained by means of the same mould.

 

3.00

 

Complementary material necessary to assemble "TERMOCASA SYSTEM®"

 

3.01 Electrosoldered grate - Ø 6 mm. - 10 x 10 for the covering.
3.02 Iron tube  - Ø about 140 mm. - 3.25 mt. long.
3.03 Electrosoldered grate for the mat - Ø 5 mm. - 10 x 10.
3.04 Wire netting to support the outer plaster work.
3.05 Inner casings (see tab. 3).
3.06 Outer casings (see tab. 3).
3.07 Building material (cement, sand, lime, rubble, loose stone 
foundations. plaster for the inner walls, tiles to cover the roof,
plaster work for the outer walls).
3.08 Hydro plant materials (plastic drain pipes to be placed under 
the floor, joints, elbows, zinc pipes for the water supply).
3.09 Electric plant materials (electric wires, distributing boxes,
taps and switches).
3.10 Sanitary materials, taps and fittings.
3.11 Flooring.
