laying surface (see tab. 5). It is necessary to level the whole
surface where the house, garages, verandas and arcades must be built.
It is also advisable to avoid possible slopes and to set up the house on a horizontal
surface. |
1.02 |
How to surround the
house (if necessary). In order to create a loose stone foundation, surround the area,
where the house must be built, with a framework made of 30 cm. high cement air bricks. |
1.03 |
Loose stone
foundation (see tab. 5). It is made up of rubble and stones. |
1.04 |
Concrete base (see tab. 5). Casting of about 5 cm. thick concrete. Mixture: each
cubic metre must contain 200 kg. of cement. |
1.05 |
Tracks for the
electric and water plants (see tab. 6). It is advisable, during the
fourth stage, to make the necessary tracks where the drain pipes as well as the electric
and water system pipings will be settled and connected with the outer points. |
2.00 |
How to settle the expanded polystyrene wall
modules |
2.01 |
Plan of the house.
lay the modules you need according to the chosen plan of the house. The corner modules
must be laid exactly at a 450 angle, checking them afterward with their respective
diagonals (see tab. 6). |
2.02 |
Lay the wall
modules perpendicularly (see tab. 7). |
2.03 |
After laying the
wall modules, check if they are plumb. To make them stand in a perfect vertical position,
use wood poles fixing them on the ground (see tab. 8). |
3.00 |
How to settle the expanded polystyrene
roof modules |
3.01 |
Fix the roof
modules into the premoulded groove. Use bearing poles for the first stage (see tab. 9). |
3.02 |
The whole work must
be perfectly plumb. Check the corner joints. |
4.00 |
Setting up of
the plants |
4.01 |
Set up the drain
pipes as well as the electric and water system pipin-ss according to the plan. |
5.00 |
How to lay the mat grate |
5.01 |
The mat grate will
be divided inside and outside into bands (75 x 2.60 cm.) which will be joined with 3 irons
- 0 10 - for each basement interspace already premoulded in the expanded mass (see tab. 10). |
6.00 |
Mat |
6.01 |
The concrete mat
must contain 350 kg. of cement per cubic metre. Inner thickness 9 cm. Outer thickness 6
cm. (see tab. 11) |
7.00 |
Grouting of the
Iron pilasters |
7.01 |
The grouting must
contain 350 kg. of cement per cubic metre. The grouting must be made inside and outside
the tube. |
7.02 |
The grouting must
be possibly hand made without using a centrifugal pump. |
8.00 |
Setting up of the reinforcement of the curb of the
roof |
8.01 |
Put the iron
reinforcement into the premoulded groove (see tab. 12).
8.02 Set up the roof electrosoldered grate. |
9.00 |
Grouting of the
roof slab |
9.01 |
It must be 6 cm.
thick and each cubic metre must contain 350 kg. of cement. |
10.00 |
Setting up of
the outer wire-netting |
10.01 |
Lay the
wire-netting over the expanded polystyrene vertical walls and fix it by. |
11.00 |
Setting up of
the outer franm |
11.01 |
Set up the outer
frames if you are going to use anodized aluminum casings (monoblock). If you are going to
use wood casings, you will find the outer frames already set up in the expanded mass. |
12.00 |
Plaster work |
