Setting of the laying surface

1.01 Levelling of the laying surface (see tab. 5). It is necessary to level the whole surface where the house, garages, verandas and arcades must be built.
It is also advisable to avoid possible slopes and to set up the house on a horizontal surface.
1.02 How to surround the house (if necessary). In order to create a loose stone foundation, surround the area, where the house must be built, with a framework made of 30 cm. high cement air bricks.
1.03 Loose stone foundation (see tab. 5). It is made up of rubble and stones.
1.04 Concrete base (see tab. 5). Casting of about 5 cm. thick concrete. Mixture: each cubic metre must contain 200 kg. of cement.
1.05 Tracks for the electric and water plants (see tab. 6). It is advisable, during the fourth stage, to make the necessary tracks where the drain pipes as well as the electric and water system pipings will be settled and connected with the outer points.

How to settle the expanded polystyrene wall modules

2.01 Plan of the house. lay the modules you need according to the chosen plan of the house. The corner modules must be laid exactly at a 450 angle, checking them afterward with their respective diagonals (see tab. 6).
2.02 Lay the wall modules perpendicularly (see tab. 7).
2.03 After laying the wall modules, check if they are plumb. To make them stand in a perfect vertical position, use wood poles fixing them on the ground (see tab. 8).

How to settle the expanded polystyrene roof modules

3.01 Fix the roof modules into the premoulded groove. Use bearing poles for the first stage (see tab. 9).
3.02 The whole work must be perfectly plumb. Check the corner joints.

Setting up of the plants

4.01 Set up the drain pipes as well as the electric and water system pipin-ss according to the plan.

How to lay the mat grate

5.01 The mat grate will be divided inside and outside into bands (75 x 2.60 cm.) which will be joined with 3 irons - 0 10 - for each basement interspace already premoulded in the expanded mass (see tab. 10).

6.01 The concrete mat must contain 350 kg. of cement per cubic metre. Inner thickness 9 cm. Outer thickness 6 cm. (see tab. 11)

Grouting of the Iron pilasters

7.01 The grouting must contain 350 kg. of cement per cubic metre. The grouting must be made inside and outside the tube.
7.02 The grouting must be possibly hand made without using a centrifugal pump.

Setting up of the reinforcement of the curb of the roof

8.01 Put the iron reinforcement into the premoulded groove (see tab. 12).
8.02    Set up the roof electrosoldered grate.

Grouting of the roof slab

9.01 It must be 6 cm. thick and each cubic metre must contain 350 kg. of cement.

Setting up of the outer wire-netting

10.01 Lay the wire-netting over the expanded polystyrene vertical walls and fix it by.

Setting up of the outer franm

11.01 Set up the outer frames if you are going to use anodized aluminum casings (monoblock). If you are going to use wood casings, you will find the outer frames already set up in the expanded mass.

Plaster work

12.01 lay 2 cm. of scratch coat made of sand and cement.
12.02 Lay the plaster work made of lirm, pit sand and cement.
12.03 Lay the plastic paint and roll it.

14.01 According to the plan. They are sandwich type walls.

Kitchen and bath-rooms

Finishing works
